Kappou ISHITO is one of few restaurants serve Japanese Kaiseki dishes around Los Angeles area. The owner chef Akio Ishito cooks with his soul. His menu will not always be the same, because he uses only flesh ingredients which he finds at the market each day. His intense for his dishes move himself getting his secret ingredients by importing from Japan. Most of the dishes are based on seafood and vegetable.
Besides their favorite Omakase Cource, Kaiseki Cource is very popular at his restaurant. It has about 9 dishes combined seafood and vegetable. Ladies Course and many of their "today's specials" is also popular.
