Fried Matsutake & Shrimp:
Ingredients :
- Matsutake --- 4
- Maki Ebi --- 4
- Tempura Batter (1 cup flour & 180 cc water mixed)
- Flour sifted
- Sudachi --- 2
How to :
1, Cut matsutake in lengthwise.

2, Cut shrimp in lengthwise to devein, and chop until it becomes paste-like.

3, Sandwich shrimp in matsutake, secure with toothpick.

4, Drench in flour and dip in tempura batter.

5, Fry in oil preheated to 170c degrees for 3 minutes. Plate and squeeze sudachi juice over before serving
