Buri (Yellow tail) 4 slices
Shiitake mushroom 1
Soup A
- Sake 100cc,
- Mirin 100cc,
- Soy sauce 100cc
Chestnut 4
(roast until the surface is browned)
Ginnan (Ginko nut) 8
(roast until the surface is browned)
Kabu (turnip) 1 piece
Smoked salmon 2 pieces
Japanese cedar board 4 pieces
(10~12cm square)

| How to : |
1,Remove the yellow tail meat that
has a bloody color.
2, Soak the fish meat in Soup A for 2 hours. Put the shiitake
mushroom into Soup A, then remove quickly.
3, Put the fish meat and shiitake mushroom on the cedar board.
4, Broil 3 with oven at 180℃ until the surface is browned.
5, Model the sliced kabu and smoked salmon into a maple leaf
with a mold. Place it with the chestnut and ginnan next to the
fish meat.
