| Marinaded Sprouts with Salmon and Avacado: |

| Ingredients : |
- Kaiware (Radish sprouts)
- Onion sprouts
- Red cabbage sprouts
- Bean sprouts
- Broccoli sprouts
- Salmon (sliced)
- Sugar --- 110 gm
- Avacado 1piece
- Salt
- Sugar
- Pepper (black, white)
- Onion (sliced)
- Celery (sliced)
- Parsley (stem only) |

| How to : |
1, Sprinkle salt, sugar and black
pepper on the sliced salmon. Put all vegetables on the salmon
and wrap up with a plastic food wrap. Keep it in a refrigerator
for 2-3 hours.
2, Remove the vegetables from the salmon.
3, Dress all the sprouts with olive oil, salt and white pepper.
4, Scoop out the center of avocado.
5, Put Yuzu Kosyo into the mayo then mix it.
6, Put the salmon on the avocado then put the vegetables on the salmon.
7, Put 5 on 6
